Kiel, Kielce, Metalurg and KIF Kolding champions

In the most exciting finale of the 2013/2014 season in German Bundesliga, Kiel with only two goals more in the overall goal-difference beat Rhein Neckar Lowen and finished their 11th champion season. It was literally in the last 5 minutes that the winner was decided, Lowen had 7 goals lead as guest in Gummersbach and Kiel had 15 goals advantage, but in the last minutes Rhein Neckar lost the secure advantage and the game finished with five goals advantage which was not enough for the title. Kiel on the other hand, had more difficult task, to defeat the EHF Cup Final Four participant Fushce Berlin, which they did and they did it in style with 14 goals difference. Nothing is changed in Poland, Kielce still dominates with the national league. They defeated Wisla Plock in playoffs with 3-1. The biggest defeat Wisla survived in the last match in their home Orlen Arena where besides the two red cards for the Spanish coaches of both teams, nothing interesting happened. Kielce players were determined to finish the final series in Wisla and from the beginning made a great run and with huge difference of nine goals finished the first 30 minutes. In the second half they just

finished what they achieved in the first, and routinely took the title back in Kielce. Macedonia has new champion, Metalurg rutinely finish the season and kept the better goal difference they had from the duel with their opponent Vardar. After the first match in this duel, Vardar had minimal lead of 1 goal, but Metalurg in front of their home crowd demolished Vardar and after one year took back the title in Macedonian championship. As expected KIF Kolding won the Danish championship in the direct duel with Aalborg.
